Massage and body treats are specialties of The Hilton Spa. Guests can choose from 30, 60 or 90 minutes of the treatment session. The certified therapist will gently relax your tight muscles, increasing your movement and releasing blocked energy. Hilton’s therapists have received a minimum of 600 hours of professional, certified training. They also have periodic evaluations and peer reviews and receive continuing education facilitated and promoted by the Hilton Sedona Resort & Spa.

Morning Star - Traditional Swedish Massage: This classic massage uses a variety of massage techniques that promotes relaxation, improves circulation, enhances overall skin tone and soothes tired muscles.

Hands and Feet Reflexology: There are over 700 nerve endings within one's feet that are all connected to other areas of the body. The therapist works on these nerve endings providing benefits to the connected areas.

New Life - Prenatal Massage: A new life grows. This treatment is designed to meet the special needs of the mother-to-be. Specifically designed cushions allow relaxation without undue pressure to the back. Trained therapists in prenatal massage give the mother-to-be the opportunity to experience a massage in a safe and comforting environment for both mother and child.

In Depth Tuning - Deep Tissue Massage: This massage focuses on the physical well being of the muscles and areas of tension. The therapist will assess specific needs and attune the massage to those needs within a full body massage.

Sedona Stone: Smooth basalt lava stones are heated in water to utilize their healing properties. The placement of the stones and the flowing movement of massage provides you with a deeper dimension to your experience.

Ayurvedic Abhyanga: The Abhyanga is an ancient friction massage indigenous to India using warm herbalized oils that are soothing to the nervous system and "cooling" to the mind. As the oil is pressed into the skin and hair (optional), it starts to loosen toxins in the tissues. The Ayurvedic Abhyanga enhances immunity, increases circulation, and creates deep relaxation in body and mind.

Full Circle - Our Signature Massage: Utilizing intuition and experience, your therapist will select from a number of modalities to stimulate and balance your body and mind. Some of the modalities include hot rock massage, crystal balancing and Swedish rhythmic strokes. Scented oil blends may be used to anoint and stimulate key areas of the body providing an integrated massage.
